About me

My name is Danielle Ojeabulu and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas. I have a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Counseling from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. I graduated in May of 2017. I have five years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families who struggle with feelings of depression, anxiety, grief/loss, and trauma.

Working with BetterHelp is a convenient way for you to receive the help and support that you need, right from home, or wherever you are with a phone, tablet, or computer. The portal is available for you 24 hours per day, seven days per week and you have the benefit of choosing the type of live sessions experiences when working with me. I see clients through video, audio, LiveChat, and messaging. While the portal is available 24 hours, I am not. I have boundaries in place which allow me to balance my professional and personal life. I help my clients to do the same. You can expect to get a response from me usually within 24 hours.

It will be important for you to understand that while there are many benefits to receiving counseling, there are risks associated with it. Talking about difficult things may make you feel worse than when you started, but if you keep up with the commitment and do the work, it will get better over time.
