What would it be like for you if you could wake up tomorrow and live the life you always wanted to live?
It can be hard to reach out and ask for help. Especially when life is stressful and overwhelming. So I want to do what I can to make this process of healing as user-friendly as possible. I do this with a counseling style that has been described as warm, blunt, and with a sense of humor. My clients and I often laugh together. I usually ask many simple questions, because I want to help people reach their own conclusions. I also tend to use a lot of analogies, because that often helps me understand concepts and ideas, so I figure that can also help my clients understand things as well. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. I also feel that it is important that people know all of their options before they make decisions, so I try to be as honest and transparent as possible.
I believe that our past has a huge impact on how we act today. I specialize in working through how our past impacts us so that we can have a more successful future. To do this, I mainly draw from the therapy approach of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Using this technique, my clients find the best path to healing and growth in their lives.
When I'm working with someone, my ultimate goal is to give them enough tools so that I am essentially working myself out of a job!
I try to respond to messages as often as I can, which means that I try to respond once a day. Having said that, I don't have the ability to immediately respond to messages, and there may be times when it takes me up to 48 hours to respond. This means that if you need immediate assistance, a crisis call center or face to face counseling is more appropriate for you.
I have done work ranging from psychiatric hospital work to in-person therapy work. I am now working in online therapy private practice for anxious millennials. I like to spend my free time with my family, cooking, working out, or doing nerdy things like playing video games.

Danielle always responds quickly, and always encourages me to explore what I'm feeling and why. She even remembers old things I've mentioned, and brings them up time and again. I always feel like I'm being heard, and she's helped me a lot.
Danielle has been very helpful in her sessions with me. I feel very safe confiding in her. She has helped me think through issues and helped me develop positive coping strategies. I highly recommend her as a counselor.
I have really enjoyed my time and feedback from Danielle thus far. She is curious in that she asks many relevant questions to particular issues brought up in conversations and isn’t afraid to be direct, yet understanding when needed. I feel very comfortable exploring personal issues with her and have found her guidance to be very sportive, very comforting, and very personable thus far.
I have lost my way so many times and when I 1st started talking to Danielle I thought she was going to help me find a new way but I have learned that it's not about finding a new way it's about finding a road past the dead end. Danielle met me on a dark road and I don't feel like its a dead end any more I know there are ways to make new roads to continue our journey in this life. Sometimes in our life we feel like we are drowning and there is no one there to save us but Danielle will be there and she will help you hold your head above the water until you are strong enough to find shore.
She is a wonderful therapist and has helped me work through so much in the last 4 months. I am happy to have found her.
Danielle is very understanding and communicative, i appreciate her very much
Danielle Wayne is amazing! She listens, reflects very well and makes you feel important even though she has other clients. Anyone would be so fortunate to have her as therapist!
Danielle has been wonderful to work with and I feel I have gained a lot from our time together. Danielle has been great. She listens and gets right to the heart of things to address the underlying causes for what I am dealing with. She is freindly, respectful and smart. I have enjoyed my experience so far with Danielle.
Great counselor and timely responses. Thank you!
Danielle is amazing with helping to confront my struggles, whether they are frequent problems or something completely new. She is always there to remind me that what I am feeling is valid and that I'm not alone.
It was clear from her first contact with me that she had read everything I had communicated at the beginning of the process. She has continued to show that she understands and asks great, thought provoking questions.
Danielle is a legend helping legends get on track. She has been amazing to work with because she understands how to frame things, has amazing communication skills and the best metaphors to make concepts make sense. She is also patient, understanding and funny. I’ve been working with Danielle for about a year now and I can see how she has helped me learn to help myself. She is an absolute legend.
She is very insightful. She has helped me get a new perspective on my problems. I highly recommend her.
I like her very much! She lets me see things from all views. I appreciate her!
Danielle has been exactly what I needed when I sought counseling. Attentive, understanding and prompt. Her schedule has been very flexible and allowed me to choose times that work best for me. I continue to recommend her services to those i know in need.

Working with Danielle has been incredible. She has an uncanny ability to meet you where you are and help you move forward in your life. She gives you tangible things to work on and she can really help you identify the areas you may need to focus on through therapy. Needless to say, after working with Danielle I have a lot of tools I can use to help me live a more fulfilling and joyful life. I am eternally grateful for her guidance.
From the minute I was matched with Danielle, she responded to introduce herself. She has been phenomenal to work with. She has tried to tackle everything I’ve thrown at her! And she hasn’t even blinked an eye at anything I’ve thrown her way. Her sessions are not only helpful but really interesting. Her counseling style is super easy to understand and follow. I am so pleased with this experience.
My experience has been refreshing. I really just needed someone to listen to me and tell me if I’m being ridiculous in various situations, haha. I like to listen to different view points and to ultimately hear strategies/advice to help me in my relationships.
Danielle is an amazingly warm-hearted, intelligent woman. Empathetic and intuitive without putting on airs. I have complete confidence in her and am really grateful she entered my life.
I really like how easy it has been to discuss topics with Danielle. She does a great job giving analogies if I don't quite understand something. We have used the online messaging and have had phone sessions, and I really like having the options that are available through BetterHelp. It has been a great experience and I would definitely recommend to my friends.
Danielle is amazing. She is so helpful and professional. I'm very thankful to have her
I take time to reveal a lot of things to people. But Danielle has helped me ease into the process of sharing. Day by day, and little by little. I feel like just sharing and listening to the little advices has helped me think for myself regarding my current situation. Thanks Danielle. I hope to continue therapy with your help.
Danielle is extremely kind. And asks the kind of questions that often lead to results.
Very professional, empathetic, and reliable. It’s easy to feel comfortable with Danielle and she creates a very trusting atmosphere. Super sweet and great experience.
I love my counselor! I’ve been so busy lately that talking to a counselor hasn’t been an option until now! She gives great advice, asks all the right questions to help me figure out how I feel about situations. Amazing, simply amazing!
Danielle is very professional and supportive. If you just need to be heard or advice she is more than capable of it.
Danielle is very caring and very good listener. She gets the point and cool with suggesting roadmap / therapy!!
I liked being in touch with her! Thank you!
It was a very positive experience.
I've never participated in any type of counseling before. Danielle makes me feel comfortable, like I can share anything, does not pass judgment but gives sound advice. I truly appreciate her encouragement and help in figuring out my life.
Thanks for being so helpful.
Very professional and understanding.
