About me

Welcome! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC, and certified by the National Board of Counselors, INC, NBCC, to provide mental health counseling. I am also a State Board of Education Certified School Counselor in the State of Texas. Over the past 14 years, I have had the pleasure of working with:children, adolescents, individuals, groups and families. My approach includes:cognitive behavior, trauma and solution focused counseling, or a combination thereof.

I believe "LOVE" is the operative word for our behavior, even when it's not returned to us. In life, we can't choose what happens to us, but we can surely choose how we respond.

In an empathic, warm, non-judgmental and supportive style, it would be my pleasure to guide you through your life challenges and stressors.
