I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Montana with 9 years of experience providing counseling to individuals, couples, and families. My areas of interest include depression, anxiety, grief and loss, workplace issues, relationship and interpersonal concerns, and parenting problems.

My therapeutic approach combines CBT, DBT, personal centered and humanistic modalities in order to tailor therapy to each client's needs. My style is warm and empathic.
