I have been with Darleena for about two months now and she has helped me tackle some hard conversations and helped me with better coping tools. We've tackled not just the surface level issues but those beneath the surface as well.

Darleena is wonderful! Our conversations are always so fruitful and helpful to me. She is a fantastic listener, and she always responds with wisdom and kindness. She corresponds with me regularly (outside of our scheduled meeting times) with encouragement, advice, and resources that I have found to be invaluable. I am incredibly grateful that BetterHelp introduced us. In short, I highly recommend her!

She has filled me with so much confidence. I enjoyed all the sessions we had in the short time I worked with her. I will continue to do the exercises she told me and to write down in a journal everyday able what I feel or just in general. I will always be willing to come back, but think that I want to try on my own to do these exercises and hold myself accountable everyday and see how I do

Darleena is very responsive and caring. She takes time to hear me and understand where I’m coming from. It’s because of her that I have decided to continue to with BetterHelp.
