I really liked working with Nicole! I was unable to find anyone who was patient enough to handle me... but Nicole was not scared! She talked me though some really tough times. I would recommend her to anyone who is feeling alone, like no one cares, hopeless... Nicole will walk with you’

I knew about BetterHelp by coincidence while looking for alternatives for counseling or therapy sessions, then I was assigned to Nicole. The way she engages, it's like talking over tea or coffee breaks with a close friend that could relate to whatever topics or stories shared. I can't thank Nicole enough for her advice and help so far. I'll always look forward to every sessions set. Keep it up, Nicole!

Nicole is fantastic. She helped me understand myself better. I was going through a tumultuous time and she guided me out of it. Appreciate your efforts Nicole.

I was really nervous when the first video session was up. But the way she talked and initiated the conversation immediately made me calm and comfortable. She is really really good in what she does. She knows how to listen and then actively pull out the points that made me have that conversation in the first place. Everything just comes naturally when I'm talking to her. Made me realise signing up for BetterHelp and getting Darlene as my therapist was the best thing to happen. Thank you, and to anyone reading this - Don't be afraid to ask for help. It's a sign of strength.

Great counselor. I have had two appointments with her and she has been very supportive. She follows up to confirm appointments and is ready to go. She recommended a great book related to my issues and is very knowledgeable explaining and understanding psychological issues, including case studies from other professionals and researchers. Would recommend to anyone.

I'm fairly new and with that said, I like the terminology she uses and it feels like I'm talking to an old friend.
