About me

My name is David Delimont, and I am Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). I am aware that your life is extremely complex, and there aren’t simple solutions to your problems (chances are, you’ve already tried the simple fixes and they don’t work). I approach therapy by first listening to where you are at in life and identifying your strengths. Then we can proceed with creating a plan for change and growth. My ultimate goal as a therapist is to help you get back on track and progressing towards your goals.

I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). With this broad background, I will work with you to choose a treatment method that best suits your needs and circumstances.

It is my role to help you improve yourself and move forward.
