I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Texas and have been practicing as such for the past five years. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression and anxiety, as well as mental health diagnoses such as bipolar disorder, major depressive disorder, and schizophrenia. I have also worked with individuals who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.
My counseling style is warm and engaging. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and helping them accept who they are in that moment. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, dialectical behavioral, mindfulness, solution focused brief therapy, and reality therapy. Based on your needs, the conversation and treatment plan will be tailored accordingly.
