I believe everyone is doing the best they can in life and that it is a rare and special person who is willing to seek out help and strive to be better and live a better life. My approach to helping you will be to use evidenced based researched interventions. At this time I am offering short term services for 12 sessions. However, 12 sessions could still really help you make HUGE changes in your life and in our sessions, I will do my best to help you define your goals, listen to your issue and give you honest feedback, and make recommendations for you to consider and provide you with homework/tools you may choose to utilize to help you address the issue(s) you have in your life. Example, if you are struggling with how to communicate better and have LESS conflict in your relationship, I can point you toward some great resources that can help you learn how to normalize the issue, boost your self esteem and confidence, help you learn how to manage conflict, how to manage your feelings, how to express your feelings appropriately, give you greater insight as to why the conflict is happening in the first place, and tell you if you might want to seek out longer term counseling or a higher level of therapy, etc, etc.
I specialize in helping people with communication, relationship, anxiety, anger management issues and stress. If you struggle with deep depression, suicidality or an eating disorder please call 911 and seek out a therapist that specializes in treatment for these as I do not specialize in these areas.

I have found David to be knowledgeable, professional and in tune with my counselling needs.
