I also have helped many people who have experienced physical trauma and/or emotional abuses.

My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic and Gestalt therapies. Davin gave me space and support to work through my anxiety and identify strategies to help me cope and overcome. We worked in a very targeted way that had really rapid effects. Looking back at where I was 4 months ago it is amazing to see the effects the sessions have had.
