About Me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), practicing for over 19 years. I have been in private practice as a sole practitioner for almost 2 year.

I am certified in Complementary Medicine and Wellness, a Registered Yoga Teacher, and life coach. I bring to my clients a solution focused approach to health and wellness that merges coaching, mindfulness, and holistic health. I have a passion for positive psychology, the power of positive thinking and an active approach to create lasting sustainable change in your life.

My areas of expertise and passion come from working with clients from a spiritual perspective, which includes building our intuitive guidance (meditation is a key tool for quieting the mind and tuning in), using energy work such as tapping (EFT) to heal and understand the mind, body, and spiritual connection to health and wellness.

I am also an intenSati Leader, trained in NYC in November 2016. intenSati means mindful intention. It's a practice that puts affirmations into action - it's the real CBT! The practice combines NLP, movement, meditation, goal setting and using positive powerful words in order to gain understanding of old limiting beliefs and how to build the foundation to create a new and powerful belief system that allows you to create the life you love.

I look forward to working with you on this journey of self discovery!

I have worked with Dawn for several months now and she has been a huge help for me getting clear on where I've been stuck and how to move forward. She is very skilled, very intuitive and incredibly kind. I would highly recommend her especially if you're looking for someone who is comfortable with being conscious and evolving. She is always ready with helpful tools for between sessions. Love her!

I absolutely love working with Dawn. She is the perfect mix of supportive and realistic, and makes me feel like I can achieve my goals through specific steps. The resources she provides for outsides our talks are also incredibly helpful. Highly, highly recommend. Thank you, Dawn!
