Greetings! I specialize in mindfulness-based approaches to managing life's difficulties, and incorporate methods of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) at times in my approach. I have significant experience with assisting individuals, families, and couples with honing in on their already-present wisdom in order to more skillfully navigate the current moment. I believe each of us have the seeds within for peace and contentment, and I am here to help untangle everything that may be covering that up. Dawn is a great therapist. I had one before her who I thought was good, but she is at another level. She is a great listener and says things that really sticks with me and makes me think.
