I am an individual therapist who works with adults and elders. I was educated at Argosy University in the San Francisco Bay Area, and am Licensed to practice in the State of California. I’ve been practicing mental health for 13 years. I specialize in anxiety, LGBTQ+ issues, women’s issues, parenting, and disordered eating.
I use a client centered approach and focus on your needs. I am warm and approachable, and very much enjoy my work.
I am trained in EMDR, Hypnotherapy, intuitive eating, Coherence therapy, and CBT among others.
