Deborah was extremely helpful in our latest session. She’s always providing valuable insight and challenging the way I perceive things. She doesn’t always tell me I’m in the right, but that’s exactly what I need. She’s awesome!

Deb was able to jump right in with me. When I came to Better Help, I was in pretty rough shape. Her strength and compassion were the very thing I needed to give myself the traction to shift somethings that weren't working or serving me in my life. I highly recommend her and Better Help!

I've only just started seeing Debbie, but already I feel a sense of comfort and hopefulness. When you're feeling anxious like me, it's all too easy to lose hope and want to close yourself off. Not with Debbie. She has given me more in the past few weeks than I've felt in the past few YEARS. She is kind and so personable, it's like talking with an old friend. An old friend who is setting you on the right path and challenging you in the BEST way. I would recommend Debbie to anyone!

Debbie is so amazing. No matter what you are going through, Debbie is always there to listen and give such great advice. What is most important to me, is that Debbie genuinely cares about what I am experiencing and how I feel. I would recommend Debbie to any and everyone! Debbie has helped me in so many ways and I am looking forward to continuing therapy with her. I can’t thank you enough Debbie!

This is my first time working directly with a therapist and it has been wonderful. I appreciate the insight and suggestions for way to help improve my situation. It’s nice to have someone to reach out to and having immediately ‘clicked’ with Debbie, it has made the experience so much more enjoyable and beneficial than I thought it would be.

Deborah is compassionate, thoughtful and upfront. It was clear from the start that she cared about the therapist relationship and every session, she listened deeply. She asked helpful, tough questions and helped me reframe meaningfully, even in a short time. I am very appreciative of the time I spent working with Debbie.

From the first minute of our first session, Debbie 100% understood where I'm at and what type of support I need. She is able to put my thoughts and worries into words and present them to me in a way that is absolutely accurate and give me the tools to make my own decision about how to move forward. Debbie is an absolute lifesaver and I am so grateful to have been connected to her.
