Debra was great. She took the time to listen and understand, as well as give me guidance on my issues.

Debra is a great listener and uses a variety of tools to help me navigate family relationships. I appreciate how she explains why I feel and act the way I do and she gives me the confidence to set boundaries with family members.

Debra is extremely helpful and tries to listen to me to understand where I’m coming from.

Debra is a gentle support that encourages you to stand on your own two feet and is there to listen when you don’t want to. I can tell she listens intently by the questions she asks and summaries she checks in with. She is responsive in video calls and journal sharing. Debra listens without judgement, though she will ask thought-provoking questions which sometimes gently challenge my perspective. I appreciate that. She also is very patient even when I’m not which helps me to trust and create a space where I can be patient with myself too.
