I am a licensed professional counselor who has experience in counseling in behavioral hospitals, mental health communities, and university counseling centers. I have worked with a variety of populations ranging from children, adolescents, adults, couples, students (native/International), addicted, refugees, and homeless people with severe mental health problems.
Since 2017 I have treated individuals that struggle with depression, stress, anxiety, low self-esteem, low self-confidence, bipolar disorder, anger issues, schizophrenia, schizoaffective, and relationship issues. I work with couples as well.

I welcome to speak with you about your challenges and have an active listening what mostly we need as human binges and sometimes it is hard to find the right one to listen to us, just listening without judgment. I firmly believe that my education, intensive experience, compassion, and sincerity make me a suitable therapist to help you to achieve your goals and feel better about yourself and life. I have witnessed my clients make positive changes for themselves and believe you can too. Sometimes all we need is to feel there are hope and faith.
By my effective integrative treatment approach including person center, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused, positive psychology, multicultural, and reality therapy, I help you to encounter and understand your concerns in a positive, safe and supportive environment and apply your own strengthens with getting guidance from your therapist to overcomes fears and problems and make a better and enjoyable life for yourself and love ones.
Meanwhile, I am three lingual, I can offer therapy for my clients can feel more comfortable to speak and communicate in their mother languages like Persian (Farsi) and Azerbaijani.
I love art and use it in sessions because I believe that art is a method of self-expression. You can use art to express yourself and work through your feelings. During the process, you gain more insight into your minds and feelings. Art therapy can be utilized to serve clients of all ages, and it's often especially helpful for people who struggle with expressing themselves and communicating verbally.
Meditation is one of the powerful mindfulness activities that can draw us closer to our higher resources of strength, understanding, and self-control. Connecting with these inner potentials can increase our ability to cope with depression, anxiety, and the situations that discourage us. Life is full of stress and sometimes makes us feel down.
