It's good to have a counselor that will listen to you, give you tips and advice that you need to help you to succeed and better yourself, sometimes you can say those things to other people and it will help them as well. I love I how this can happen when I have a counselor like Denise Dickinson. She doesn't judge me for my wrongs she points them out and gives advice and helps me through my flaws, like a good person does.
Denise has been instrumental in helping me identify factors that might have impacted my sleep pattern. We are working on figuring out the root cause of my insomnia issues. She's a good listener and gives a scientific explanation for the issues we discuss. It is always a pleasure speaking to her.
I have been dealing with a lot of childhood trauma and anxiety. Denise is helping me learn how to be a complete human again and I feel better after each session. Wish I would have done this sooner.
She listens, fully listens first. After I’m done getting everything out, she gives me helpful advice and makes me feel heard. Always feel better after our talk.
Denise is great and has helped me get through some tough stuff. I'm feeling a lot better than when I first started counseling over a year ago. I highly recommend her and betterhelp.
Denise has been helping me to get grounded again with my life for a while now I've felt numb and lost I feel Denise is helping with that. I would suggest her to anyone else who feels lost and needs help finding themselves again or just needs advice.
I really like Denise. She is very compassionate, listens to everything you have to say, and is quick to respond with tools and strategies to help you get through or overcome your issues. She is very easy to talk to and responds quickly if you need to talk.

Great counselor and is very helpful and understanding.
Denise is a wonderful counsellor. Friendly and supportive, she listens to me closely and always suggests useful exercises to try, for me to increase my understanding and awareness. Denise is also good at checking in between sessions to follow up on my feedback with constructive and supportive comments.

Denise is both a good counsellor and friend at the same time! She helps me a lot to understand how can I be a better and understanding person. She gives me a positive vibe after every session and genuine advice, she helps me a lot with understanding myself as an individual and helps me understand how can I succeed in my relationships with others as well.
