Very comforting and relaxed demeanor. She consistently comforts me, validates my feelings, and makes understandable connections to the root of my problems that best allow me to heal.

Dia was very empathetic and attentive in our sessions! She was very understanding of what I was going through and worked to help me reframe my mindset while helping me find the root of why I may feel certain emotions. While personal issues prevent me from affording therapy at the moment, I highly recommend Dia and hope to return to regular therapy sessions in the future :)

Día is a great therapist. She listens without judgement, validates, and challenges me in the right and most respectful ways.

I like Dia. It’s my first time trying out therapy and she creates a safe space for me to express my feelings and thoughts about various situations. She is able to understand my struggles & provides useful information, which helps me navigate my current reality and my past experiences. With Dia’s help I can feel myself getting stronger mentally; I would suggest her as a therapist to any person of color/minority seeking therapy
