About me

Hi! My name is Diana, and I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor here to help you navigate this thing called life. Collaboratively we can cultivate growth, by exploring and processing your experiences, and creating an individualized plan for developing solutions to aid you in achieving your goals and improving your overall well-being.
After attaining my license in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, I have found fulfillment in assisting others in recognizing and fostering their own strengths, to improve their overall well-being and quality of life.
It takes courage to ask for help, but doing so can lead to a lifetime of fulfillment. Sessions with me will consist of creating personalized solutions to improve your daily life. Every person is unique and thus, all sessions will be individualized, as I believe there is not a “one size fits all” approach to therapy. As a therapist, I am responsible for providing my clients with an environment that feels safe, comfortable, and free of judgment. I use a variety of approaches and tools that I tailor to the needs of each person. My style can be described as engaged, warm, present, and active. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you!

I absolutely LOVEE Diana! She just understands how my thoughts and mind works and is such a great support system! I feel safe talking to her about anything!

I highly recommend Diana. Not only is she a great listener, but she often uses analogies to help explain her advice which I find very helpful. She also gives her opinions on situations which I really value and often need. She typically supports her advice with therapeutic strategies to help me reflect on situations more constructively. I can't thank her enough for helping me navigate relationships with my friends, family, significant other and myself.

Diana is super warm, conversational, and understanding. It's like talking to an impartial friend, which is exactly what I wanted. Even after just a few weeks I felt she got what I needed to talk about and what I was struggling with. I highly recommend her!

Diana has really helped me through some of the hardest times of my life. Not only was she instantly someone I felt like I could trust but she also listens to me in a way that others haven't. Her personality shines through without making any of the sessions about her and always focuses back on me. I feel comforted and in a safe space when I'm in the chat room with her. It's been a couple of months now (I think? Covid time is weird) and while I'm not quite where I want to be I know that Diana will help me find the strength in myself to accomplish it all.
