Diana was such a great fit for my life. She helped me navigate through a pretty significant bout of depression and anxiety.
She has the right mix of listening, noticing, and giving lots of practical tools, including reminding me of the relevant science of the brain, neuroplasticity, etc. it’s nice to be reminded that some issues are connected to things that can be answered by science! Not everything, of course…
If you have a chance to work with her, do it. She is a great therapist.

She is an amazing therapist and I would highly recommend her. That she makes sure that you are feeling your emotions and expressing them in a space where she will be there to help you understand them.

I love Diana! I’ve never done therapy before and I’ve heard horror stories about people not getting along with their therapist & never going back. Or constantly switching therapists and never finding the perfect match. After one session with Diana i knew she was my perfect match. I just feel like she gets me and knows what I need. And she always tells me what i need to hear, even if i don’t want to hear it. She is awesome!

I was in therapy for a couple of years as a teenager. I absolutely hated it and swore to never go again. After a decade of masking and pushing down my anxiety and trauma I hit a point where I had no choice but to try again… I’m SO thankful for Diana. She’s very straightforward with me and makes me feel like she actually cares about helping me get better and learn how to cope with my anxiety and trauma on my own. I always had this thought that therapist want you to stay in therapy with them because it’s a paycheck for them but not with her. It’s very apparent that she is helping me learn to stand on my own again and learn skills that will help me through out my life. I still have a long way to go but I’m slowly becoming hopeful and hope is not easy for me. To say I’m thankful is an understatement.
