Diana Franck, LPC
About me
I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) with 8 years of experience working with adults of all ages. I hold a bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Sciences and a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, both from Oregon State University. I have had many careers over my life which helps me to relate to a wide variety of clients. I work with clients struggling with managing chronic post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety, depression, major life changes, grief and loss, relational issues, spiritual crises, and chronic pain among other difficulties.
I use an eclectic approach to counseling beginning with a person centered and trauma informed perspective. I am trained in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and use other modalities like cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), mindfulness, guided visualizations and more. I meet the client where they are at and help them to make change on their timing. I have an ability to build trust and rapport very quickly by my non-judgmental style and full acceptance of my clients. I can be direct and gentle at the same time, building self worth along the way.
I believe in empowering clients to be their best self so that they can rise to accomplish their hopes and dreams. It takes a brave and courageous person to look deeply within themselves in order to make lasting change. I am here to walk with you on this healing journey we call counseling or therapy.
I look forward to hearing from you!

Diana is incredibly warm, intuitive and grounded. She has been an incredible support on the work I've been doing and always has a fresh exercise to help me through a particular situation, as well as supplemental resources when I seek them to dig deeper. Her professionalism as well as her kindness has made my first long-term therapy experience a beautifully rich one. I would recommend her highly to anyone seeking genuine support on their journey.
