Diane is a great counselor, and I would highly recommend her. I was nervous about talking to a counselor, but after my first session with Diane the nervousness went away. She is easy to talk to, professional, understanding, and she cares.

I’ve never used any form of counseling before and I was nervous about who I would be paired with using this website. However Diane has put my mind at rest. She makes me feel very relaxed and comfortable, so talking to her about my problems is easy. She doesn’t pressure me into just going straight for my issues, it’s more like she’s getting to know me and finding out more about why I’m seeking out help. I feel confident in this service and Diane in helping me overcome my fears.

She is great. I’ve been with her for almost a month now. And even though I haven’t worked through a lot of my past stuff it’s bedn so helpful to talk to someone about what’s going on. I feel valued and listened to.

Diane has been wonderful! I have been speaking with her for just under 3 months now, and I find that she is able to understand my thought processes and anxiety so much better than I can myself. I have had other therapists before, and what I find most remarkable about working with Diane on Better Help is the constant messaging, which means that I don't have to wait a week before talking to my therapist about something that is troubling me. Diane's suggestions have been very helpful to me in improving my quality of life. I still have a long way to go, but I can already see myself getting better with Diane's help!

Diane is great and she really understands. She does her best to put herself in your position and then gives you her honest opinion. This really makes you feel like she is not just trying to make you feel better

Diane is helping me identify some negative recurring thoughts that I have throughout my life. She is suggesting different ways and coping strategies, as well as mechanisms to try to turn these thoughts into more constructive thoughts. Overall, she's great.

Diane was a great counselor and really helped make my first experience with Better Help a valuable and easy one. I learned things immediately and I found the more unopened up, the more information and advice I got to help me throughout my journey. I never felt unsafe or uncomfortable and would definitely recommend her to anyone needing support in areas of relationship, self care, communication and openness.

Ms. Diane is wonderful and understanding. She made sure I was feeling alright and made me feel I matter. She provided necessary steps to alleviate the pain and ordeal I went through and I'm still undergoing therapy with her. I'm quite happy that she's my therapist. I hope we both can reach our goals together.
