About Me

I have been helping individuals over the years to overcome many challenges. I am here to help guide you no matter what you are going through whether it be relationship concerns, life changes and transitions, career changes, grief, trauma, feelings of depression and/or feeling anxious. I have experience working with parenting concerns whether as a couple, co-parenting situations, or as single parents. I help in integrating individualized treatment unique to each individuals concerns and to assist clients to achieve their goals. I want your therapeutic process to be beneficial to you and we will walk the process together as you explore, heal, express, and build an even stronger, healthier you! I use many different modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, interpersonal therapy, grief counseling; all with a strong emphasis based on your unique needs. I feel the best outcomes from a collaborative approach working directly with each client to develop the best methods that work for their individual goals. I provide a warm, patient, and nurturing environment where you are free to speak openly about your concerns. I look forward to getting to know you!

Diane has been such a blessing from the very beginning! She was very quick to find out the topics I needed to discuss and really help me work them out. She's been amazingly helpful and she's so easy to talk to. She's wonderful!

Diane offers reliable, realistic advice. While we’ve just started working together, I’m optimistic for future sessions and the progress that she’ll help me facilitate.

Ms. Diane is wonderful and understanding. She made sure I was feeling alright and made me feel I matter. She provided necessary steps to alleviate the pain and ordeal I went through and I'm still undergoing therapy with her. I'm quite happy that she's my therapist. I hope we both can reach our goals together.

Diane is super responsive, gives thoughtful responses to my messages, and poses questions that help me think differently about what I’m going through. Really happy with the work we have done together.
