Diane is an absolutely amazing therapist. She’s a very thoughtful listener, and adjusts her practice depending on what you need for that particular session. Sometimes I just tell her what’s going on in my life, and other times we practice CBT and discuss coping mechanisms for certain mental health issues. I really appreciate her grounding presence in my life.

Dianne listens and advises accordingly. Usually checks in with during the week just to see how I'm doing. Very professional and friendly.

Dianne has been wonderful, patient and has a laugh and a smile that puts me at ease when I get too anxious while talking to her. I’ve only had 2 sessions with her and already I can see a silver lining for the first time in a while and I have hope now. Which is very nice. She figured me out pretty much right off the bat, and I’ll always be thankful I went to her.
