I am licensed in Kentucky with 25 years of professional work experience, with 10 of those years as a therapist. I am comfortable working with clients of all ages. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, & coping with grief and loss. I also have experience working with depression and self-harm behaviors. I am certified in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and a partially trained EMDR therapist. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
