Doris is extremely helpful. I feel like she listens to me and offers feedback that is truly helpful. She is one of the only therapists I've ever found to be truly helpful.
This woman is the best therapist I've ever had.
Where do I even begin…
I’ve been meaning to write a review for sometime. Starting anything seems to be my biggest challenge however this all began to change from the moment I was matched with Doris. Truly, thank you. It’s been 2 months since joining BetterHelp and my life has changed for the better. It’s difficult these days living during a pandemic and my weekly sessions with Doris have helped me immensely. I’ve managed to get through some of the most difficult times I’ve experienced in my life, dealing with loss and grief on top of the already stressful strange times. I have nothing but gratitude and appreciation for Doris and thank you BetterHelp for this match. Nailed it!
I enjoy interacting with Doris. It doesn't feel like a therapy session, it's more like two friends chatting. I appreciate her honesty and encouragement. I would definitely recommend her to others.
Love Doris she really calls out my self-deprecating thoughts!
Doris Bell is absolutely amazing. she's attentive, supportive and able to provide me greats advice with warm compassion. I feel safe and opened while and after talking to Doris. Her ability to assess my status without judgement, yet with understanding and compassion brings me a pure appreciation. I just appreciate I could go through my difficult time wit her expertise.
Doris is the best therapist I have ever been to. I have had a few instances of competent therapists I just didn’t click with, and I was fully prepared to do therapy while also working through the awkwardness of a new therapist but WOW I have been seeing her for a few months and I hope I never have to find someone new. She is so so understanding, really helpful over text or phone, and is great at speaking in plain words about problems.
She is also amazing at immediately putting me at ease without letting me avoid the real problems. I feel really lucky to have been matched with her, and I recommend her to anyone!
Doris is very kind, great listener, and asks questions to further her understanding (and yours) of yourself.
The amount of help I've received from my counselor is astronomical. While I know I have work ahead of me it doesn't feel unachievable now .
I feel comfortable speaking with my counselor Doris Bell.
Doris has been so helpful in giving me another way to see and think through problems, especially when I’m spiraling. I still have a lot of room for improvement, but she has been so helpful in walking me through life changes and getting me to think about and handle situations differently.
Really helped me while I was going through a very difficult time. I really appreciate her!
