These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Doug Adair. We don’t pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
Doug has helped me through a very difficult time in my life and I am very thankful. He was understanding, supportive and overall I am glad I had the opportunity to match with him. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs help. Thank you!!
He’s amazing awesome guy and is actually insightful and a real freindly vibe gives you tools you need to succeed always helpful
I’ve only has one session but he listened and helped me . I’m scheduling more sessions.
Doug is such a genuine person. Coming into a therapy session was a huge fear of mine but it was immediately squashed when talking to Doug. He truly listens to me and gives me great advice and “homework” to do. I am very lucky to have been assigned to him.
Doug is a very good listener and source of support. He helps me work out some of my issues and helps me find areas to focus and think about. I came to him during a very emotional time and I think I would be worse if I didn't have him to help me talk. I personally always like to talk and I think Doug recognizes that for me personally and offers to give me accommodations such as extra time because of that. I am looking forward to see where this goes.
The second question I answered incorrectly. He absolutely gets back to me in a timely fashion. I can tell Doug really cares
I began my sessions with Doug having never experienced therapy before. He was extremely attentive to my concerns and allowed me space to express myself in detail.
I found in Doug a profoundly thoughtful and insightful guide, one who would ask incisive questions about my interior psychological landscape and reflect back to me my expressions.
I thank him emphatically for his kindness, professionalism, and enthusiasm for our time spent in session together.
Easy to talk to, and helps with advice.
