I was very nervous at first this whole experience was foreign to me. I almost didn't go through with it but I'm glad I did. I found that Earl was very kind and patient and seems quite dedicated to reaching our goals. I'm looking forward to our next session.

Earl is a really good listener. He is also very professional but creates a calm and relaxed atmosphere. I feel like I am talking to a good friend after just three sessions with him. It’s great to have someone objective to talk to about my personal issues and Earl is very easy to talk to. He is available between sessions via text message which is also great. Knowing I can reach out to him anytime is very comforting. I feel lucky to have found him and look forward to our sessions every week.

I have been in counseling before (face-to-face) and after a few months I found that it wasn't for me. I decided to go this route and I must say so far it has been a great experience. Earl always responds quickly and is always encouraging even when I thought what was bothering me was trivial. He also understands that is hard for me to talk about some stuff and doesn't pressure me to go somewhere that I am not quite ready to go to yet. Earl has been a great counselor. I know we have a long way to go but I already feel like I am making some progress. Rome wasn't built in a day, so one step at a time.

Earl has a very warm and laid back style. He is a great listener and makes me feel understood and appreciated. While there is no magic button to make all of your problems disappear, he makes it much easier to sort them out and prioritize. It's a process, and I'm glad to have someone like Earl to help me through it.

Just after a couple of days talking to Earl I started to feel a lot better, it's like my problems just went away. This is my first time doing any kind of therapy and I didn't know what to expect, but Earl's been really helpful and so nice to me, always caring, listening and helping.

Excellent therapist. Responds at a pretty efficient and timely rate, especially when he notices in distressed about something and I need to talk through it. I appreciate this a lot because online therapy is hard to get used to. Earl makes it pretty efficient and helpful.

I didn’t spend much time with Mr. Lewis but he is great. The few sessions that we had definitely helped me a lot to pin point my problem areas, he is a great listener, responds in a timely manner, and he is very understanding and flexible. I would definitely recommend him to anyone here on BetterHelp.
