I was very cautious of therapy because I tried it in the past and it didn't work so i just reverted back to my normal state of bottling everything up. Well, this year has proven to be very difficult and I could no longer bottle anything up. I signed up with better help and got matched with Earnestine within a day. I was cautious at first but as soon as we started talking, it's like she knew me and what I was going through. To this day, she has been beyond amazing and supportive and highly helpful.
