I am licensed in Louisiana with 6 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, bipolar disorder and many other mental health problems. My passion lies in helping individuals process through the affects of trauma. Trauma leaves a scar that takes a life time to overcome and my joy in counseling comes from helping individuals lead happy healthy lives despite what they have had to endure in their lifetime. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
