About Me

Thank you for reviewing my profile. Hopefully you’ll find my experience and skills are what you seek to address your concerns. In my years as a psychotherapist and working and helping others I realize it takes much courage to open your life to someone you don’t know so, if this is your first psychotherapy experience, I congratulate you on taking this first step towards achieving the life you want to live.

Throughout my career I've provided services to all ages and many varied populations, including children, teens, adults, families and couples. My experience draws on evidenced based and solution focused interventions to aide clients in working through mental health and behavioral challenges to achieve a higher quality of life.

By helping clients to gain insight to causes, blocks and triggers of emotional distress, other options can be discovered to mental, spiritual and physical well being leading to a healthier life style.

I also serve in the Men's and Couples ministry at my church and I am the author of the book, Escape from Insanity Illusions and Lies. As a martial arts instructor I utilizes exercises and techniques of Tai Chi to help others managing stress more effectively and achieve balance in their lives. It would be my pleasure to talk with you to discover how I can serve you and meet your mental health needs.

My first two sessions have been great. Ed has provided things to work on during the week and helpful resources for deeper understanding on what I'm working through. His knowledge & expertise has been very insightful and his calm, caring demeanor instantly made me feel comfortable opening up & getting to work on becoming the best version of myself!

I really feel like he understands me and he listens to me and is able to help me express what I’m trying to say this has all been new to me and he’s been very helpful.
