I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas with 3 years of counseling experience and over 5 years of Mental Health Experience. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, self-esteem, relationship issues, as well as trauma.

Edward has been an extremely helpful counselor in multiple ways. First, he listens actively and intently on your problems, and hones in on specific key words and phrases that you may keep repeating, and may be causes or roots of your mental health problems.
I also really like the fact that in many ways, he has helped me quantify my mental health issues into action items that I can do daily. Listening is one thing, but also recommending specific solutions designed to inch you closer to normalcy was very valuable to me.
Finally, he consistently checks up on his patients. Never forcing them to do anything, but always makes sure that you know that he is there to listen. If nothing else, it was very comforting to know that someone was there to listen to what I have to say, with no hint of judgement or guilt.
I recommend Ed for anyone who needs help in dealing with anxiety and/or depression issues, especially during these times of a pandemic when we need to evaluate our mental health--just as much as our physical well-being.
