ABOUT ME
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes that successful outcomes depend on a strong working alliance between therapist and client. With a strong foundation in place, we can then focus on the presenting issues. My goal is to help clients acquire, practice, and reinforce coping skills for dealing with life’s challenges. To do this, I draw from a variety of clinical perspectives, including Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavior, Solution Focused, and Narrative therapy. I work with adults of all ages and backgrounds. I realize that in today’s busy world, scheduling during work hours can be a challenge. For that reason, I offer evening appointments as well as Saturdays.

Very personable and friendly. Has enough lift experience to relate to almost anything I bring up and usually has a story to reinforce ideas to deal with things. Great person all around and very easy to talk to and discuss difficult issues.

Ed is just great. He makes me feel normal for being human. He helps calm my racing thoughts by presenting alternative perspectives, even if I’m not receptive right away. When I experienced a trauma, he made himself available as soon as he could to help me through it. With his guidance, it ended up not becoming traumatic and I was able to move through it without any hang ups. He’s compassionate and open and I just really appreciate him.
