About Me

My work is client focused and led. The sessions are warm and heart felt. It is a meeting of hearts, a space where you are seen and heard. I provide a space for my clients to bring and explore whatever is on their mind. The space created is non judgmental. Over 5 years I have worked with clients who have brought a variety of issues including Anxiety, Depression, difficult family relationships, identity and challenges of living in diaspora, dealing with race and racism, issues around self doubt, body dysmorphia, serious illness (cancer) and so much more.
I look forward to seeing, listening and giving you the container space to let go and make sense of everything.

Effie is extremely thorough with the care. He is mindful and good at connecting dots with little information, and explore the reasons behind the subjects we are talking about. I’m very happy with the care I’m getting.

Effie Ekpo is the first person, who truly understands me, is unjudgemental, super professional, is not triggering in any means and is very very kind. I would recommend his sessions to every friend, weither they have problems with their mental health or not. I'd rate him a 10/10!
