After working with a number of therapists, I can confirm that Elia has been the most helpful. Her calm, compassionate approach makes me feel very safe, cared for and listened to. She challenges me in all the right ways and I’ve seen great progress in my own mental health. I really like Elia’s approach on helping me understand the root cause of the problem, coupled with learning how to move forward and change maladaptive behaviours and thought patterns. Elia has given me hope for a healthier, happier future. I look forward to every session and hope to continue working with her for the foreseeable future. Thank you so much Elia!
