Do you feel you're missing out in life? Have feelings of self-doubt, anxiety and depression become an anchor? Perhaps you feel detached in your relationships, unable to sense a true connection to others? Maybe the career path you once thought you'd enjoy is no longer bringing excitement to your life? Whether you feel lost in the direction your life has taken, or you're battling feelings of unworthiness and self-doubt in your personal and career pursuits, you do not have to face these challenges alone.
My passion is to help individuals who struggle with depression, anxiety, and low self-esteem. My goal is to help you achieve your purpose and realize your true identity.
I have had the privilege to work with children, adults and adolescents within the mental health and medical fields. More specifically, my experience includes working with individuals, couples and families who struggle with marital and relationship issues, poor communication skills, anxiety, depression, past and/or current trauma as well as feelings of low-self esteem. I offer a warm, non-judgmental, personalized therapeutic environment. My approach is simple: to assist you in discovering your true self and improve your inner confidence.
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida. I obtained my Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) from University of South Florida in 2016. Additionally, I have also had training in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT).
