Hello There! Are you ready to Exhale? I am Ekinia Dillard-Cole a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 19 years of experience in social services. I have a very diverse client background working with adults, children, and families struggling with depression, anxiety, and grief. I also have expertise with helping clients resolve relationship issues and adapt to various medical diagnoses.
My vision for care is to utilize a holistic approach to tap into the skills that you already possess to manifest inner healing. I cannot heal or fix you, but by using researched based therapeutic services, we can collectively develop and implement strategies and goals that give you the autonomy to heal and walk in freedom. To acquire this freedom, it will require your willingness to open-up and address issues and struggles that are sometimes difficult to discuss. If you are willing, I can tailor the services that you need to produce your desired outcomes. My approach is open discussion, and you have the right to discuss, exhale, and let go of anything that you want in a nonjudgmental zone…It’s your world!
By utilizing counseling modalities such as, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Solution Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, I will work toward providing you the essentials you need to create a better you. Don’t wait to exhale, EXHALE with EKINIA. I look forward to supporting you through this journey.

Ekinia has helped me change my entire outlook. I had a lot of issues to work through, and most of them I didn’t totally realize I had. She’s been my therapist for almost a full year and I am so excited about all of the work we’ve done to get me in the spot I’m in today.
