I am a psychotherapist with 20 years of experience working with adolescents and adults and families. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concern including anxiety, depression, grief, trauma and life challenges. My counseling style is warm and supportive. My therapeutic approach combines psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral treatment. I believe through our struggles we find emotional growth.
