About Me

In my seventeen plus years of clinical experience, I have realized that learning is an everyday occurrence. I am positively challenged by the opportunities given to me by working with clients of varying ages and stages in life. My practice focuses on the "life story" of the whole client, including family, interests, and personal characteristics.

Are you struggling through a separation, divorce, or co-parenting problem? Do you worry that your relationship could be healthier, or that you and your partner can do more to support one another rather than arguing? Are you concerned about how your relationship might be affecting your children? These concerns are all too common in such situations, and many otherwise effective and more-than-competent people are left wondering if they're doing what they need to in order to meet the needs of everyone in their family.

My experience has afforded me the opportunity to utilize a blend of treatment modalities and tailor my approach to the individual needs and goals of a client. I truly love what I do and feel that my role is the vehicle for change to a more empowered and healthy balance in one's emotional life.

Elizabeth Anton is a truly wonderful and caring person. She truly listens to you and gives wonderful insight on ways to help steer you in the right direction. Talking with her has boosted my confidence and helped me become more progressive with tackling issues instead of shying away. I will gladly recommend her for anyone who inquires.

Beth has been great for us - it took awhile for me to trust her ability to help me/advise me, because my partner and I have a rather non-traditional lifestyle, but I realized after a couple months that my reservations were likely just my own insecurities. She is very patient and kind and always uses the tactics she is trying to teach us.

Beth is amazing. She is kind, compassionate, empathetic, and totally affirming of the emotions that I feel regardless of how erratic they feel to me. Her demeanor is gentle and you can feel how dedicated she is to this work. We were able to form a strong working relationship in a short amount of time, which I am so grateful for. I know I can depend on her even if my problems seem small in the scope of the world. She makes them feel as important or immediate as they do to me.

Elizabeth helps me look at areas of my life I’ve been avoiding to look at and work on. She provides good tools to work through difficult issues. Her empathic responses and great listening skills makes me feel safe heard.
