Elizabeth Anton, LMHC
About me
In my seventeen plus years of clinical experience, I have realized that learning is an everyday occurrence. I am positively challenged by the opportunities given to me by working with clients of varying ages and stages in life. My practice focuses on the "life story" of the whole client, including family, interests, and personal characteristics.
Are you struggling through a separation, divorce, or co-parenting problem? Do you worry that your relationship could be healthier, or that you and your partner can do more to support one another rather than arguing? Are you concerned about how your relationship might be affecting your children? These concerns are all too common in such situations, and many otherwise effective and more-than-competent people are left wondering if they're doing what they need to in order to meet the needs of everyone in their family.
My experience has afforded me the opportunity to utilize a blend of treatment modalities and tailor my approach to the individual needs and goals of a client. I truly love what I do and feel that my role is the vehicle for change to a more empowered and healthy balance in one's emotional life.

The only reason I’m changing Therapists is because Elizabeth is leaving your company. She was great & super personable & was helpful with getting me organized with getting another person. She will absolutely missed.

Elizabeth is friendly, approachable and non-judgemental. I feel that I am able to share anything with her, almost like a journal. I have a real confidence in her expertise and therefore feel very much in safe hands when I’m in her sessions. I’d recommend her to anyone wanting to start therapy.

Elizabeth is exactly the kind of therapist that better help needs. This program boasts a lot in their ads about their ability to connect and help and she made it feel humble. I cannot recommend her or the app enough.
Therapy has a stigma and it doesn't help that sometimes communication is a barrier between people sharing genuine and cating conversation. Elizabeth is one of the most empathetic communicators and motivated therapists I have had the pleasure of dealing with. She takes her job seriously and has stellar interpersonal skills.
