I’ve only had 1 session with Elizabeth via video chat, but I like the fact that I can text her whenever I need her. I would like for her to be available via messaging more then she is, but she still responds in a decent time frame and I am happy with that. Sometimes I wish I could reach her on weekends, but I understand that she has a life as well. She does respond to me on Monday or Tuesday if I message her on the weekend.

She’s amazing, very patient and understanding, even when I don’t want to talk or discuss for weeks she understands and keep sending message to remind me I’m not alone, she knows and understand me as human first which is I like it very much.

Elizabeth has helped me through what might’ve been the roughest period of my life. When my life had become hell and I had nothing but confusion in my mind, she helped me voice my feelings and reach conclusions of my own. I can confidently say I am a different woman all together after therapy with her, and I’ve definitely grown plenty. I hope all girls can have someone as straightforward, understanding, and kind on the other side as I did when anxiety and depression had consumed me. Thanks, Elizabeth.
