She centers my goals, provides support, care and the right amount of straightforwardness to help me confront myself. She is gentle in her speech, provides tools I can use beyond therapy to master moments when I’m doing life. She honors my Christian faith and challenges me to examine myself accordingly alongside my journey in therapy. She’s stellar in her professional expertise and in her spirit and temperament. It’s a joy to have her on my wellness path.
