Elizabeth is really great. She takes the time to listen and provide feedback for me to think and reflect why I feel a certain way. She does follow up checking in on my progress throughout the week and it’s nice knowing someone cares. I almost don’t want to recommend her because I want to keep her all to myself haha! No but in all seriousness she is great and offers open ears with no judgement.

I’ve been struggling for a while now with anxiety and depression surrounding big life changes/covid/divorce, and Elizabeth really feels like someone I can trust to share my struggles. Better yet she encourages me to pursue and recognize my triumphs, and provides support/encouragement and validation. She also provides a really thoughtful and empathetic, yet discerning/constructive perspective. I’m really thankful for the weekly sessions and highly recommend Better Help based on the experience I’ve had with Liz. Cheers

I really enjoyed working with Elizabeth. I felt validated and heard. She was very kind in helping me establish a path to follow to overcome my fears. ¡Y fue agradable encontrar a una profesional con quien hablar en español!

Elizabeth is a wonderful counselor. I really like her and she really understands me even though there is a lot of differences in culture and religion but I really love that she’s understanding and kind. She is an excellent counselor and I consider her as a friend.
