About me
Hello! My name is Elizabeth. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 10 years experience working in the mental health field. My areas of focus include anxiety management, depression, substance use disorders, relationship issues, self esteem, stress management and lifestyle balance, and motivation building. Experience in both my professional and personal life has taught me that we all need help and support, especially in the times we are living in. Asking for help is hard. Being vulnerable takes courage. It is my hope to use this platform to reach a broader population of people, and make mental health care and support more accessible. I look forward to meeting you- and I am here to provide a safe and judgement free space, to collaborate with you to make the changes that YOU want to make, and to give you the autonomy to tell your story.
