Elizabeth Drain has been an amazing therapist. She has been so helpful and so understanding. She listens and always has sound advice and help. I have throughly enjoyed if I can say that our sessions. She has offered me tips that I have helped me along my journey to healing. I am so glad I chose her fir my sessions. I still want to use her when my free sessions are over. I had a huge setback today and she was still an enormous help to understanding and dealing with these issues as well. If you need a good therapist she is the one to choose. She has literally helped to save my life.

My therapist made opening up and sharing my different feelings of anxiousness very easy and she pointed out some the bad habits in my thought processing in a constructive way; providing homework to assist me in continuing the work to better my prospective on certain life situations.
Thank you
