Hello! My name is Elizabeth and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Sexual Aggressive Youth Clinician (CSAYC). I have been in the field for over ten years. I became an LCSW because I wanted to be the person I once needed. My favorite quote is by Gandhi, “Be the change you want to see in the world”. I live by this both professionally and personally.
My clinical experience is diverse. I have worked with a vast array of ethnicities, ages, mental health needs, IQs, sexual orientations, and addictions. My primary focus has to work with youth and families who are involved in the juvenile justice system and/or Department of Family and Children Services. I have a strong passion for working with youth who have endured trauma and assisting them to overcome their past to be emotionally healthy individuals.
My therapeutic style is straight forward and me meeting you where you are to help you to get to where you want to be. I will always tell you what you need to hear, which may not be what you want to hear. I do this in a compassionate manner and with your goals and needs in mind. I will never judge you or your situation because I understand “life happens” and no one is perfect.
I utilized Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strengths Perspectives, and Solutions Focused Therapy in my practice. With this combination of modalities, we are identifying needs, processing thoughts/feelings, all while building your self-esteem up at the same time. I am all about helping you feel better about yourself and your situation.
If you feel I would be a good fit for you, please reach out to me. We will work as a team and I am confident we will meet your goals.

Love her she is great and understands my issues and provides great feedback!
I've been working with Elizabeth for three weeks now. She completely understands my situation and has been extremely helpful in helping me learn how to take care of myself. I feel like I've know her for years! She messages me back within a day and gives me worksheets, which have proven to be invaluable. Elizabeth is amazing!
Ms. Findley is a great listener. She listens without judgment and offers opportunities for a person to work on their own goals for improvement.
I value the work that Elizabeth and I have done thus far. She always takes the time to message me and to propose new strategies to address certain issues. She also affirms me when I do something right, which is really helpful as I often feel like I'm taking a shot in the dark.
So far she has been outstanding, she always takes the time to see how im doing, and is very intelligent. She is very helpful and understanding at all times
