Elizabeth has been a great therapist. She listens and asks just the right question to invoke me to process my thoughts. She phrases things in ways that allow me to look at my mental health journey through a different lens than the one I have limited knowledge in understanding. She offers a multitude of ways for therapy and makes it very easy on my busy schedule to still have ways to prioritize therapy. She is understanding and has not given me a inclination that she is judgmental. She has created a safe space for me.

Liz is a highly empathetic and intuitive individual. When we speak, I do not feel rushed through our sessions. She always responds by validating my experience or letting me know she hears what I am saying before she proposes solutions or suggestions for action items. And I appreciate that she ends the session with something to work on and report back. She also checks in between sessions, which is so helpful for maintaining the momentum we established in the last session.
