Elizabeth came in to my life when I was in a time of crisis. Since then I have felt immeasurable support from her as I navigate life’s challenges. She has helped me process extremely hard life events and reframe my coping. It is really helpful to have someone in my corner who is outside of my daily life. Elizabeth is an kind, nonjudgmental counselor and person for whom I’m extremely grateful!
she was wonderful and helpful with everything I was going through
Elizabeth is a superstar counselor. I find myself thinking of distant memories without prompting. That's how good she is. It's smallish steps, but my life is improving because of her guidance.
Elizabeth and I have not been working together very long yet however we are accomplishing a lot. She answers and takes a genuine interest and what I feel like my concerns are. She helps to point out things that I did not necessarily see. I enjoy working with her and I’m looking forward to it.
