Elizabeth has been amazing! This is my first time into therapy and was unsure signing up. She listens very well and has great recommendations and feedback. She is a great communicator with great insights

I've only had a few sessions so far, but the difference I feel is remarkable. Elizabeth is an incredible listener who asks thoughtful questions and helps me understand myself in ways I never have before. She always concludes our sessions with a clear recap and practical steps to move forward, which has given me so much hope.

I'm starting to heal old wounds and understand the younger version of myself with more compassion. Even in this short time, I feel supported, encouraged, and truly seen. I'm very grateful for her and highly recommend her.
