So caring and remembers all the small details. My favorite is the fact that she responds to my entries between sessions. Gives me goals to work towards. Sometimes worksheets to help particular situations. Very helpful all around.

Out of all the therapists I have seen in my lifetime. Elizabeth is the only therapist that has ever made an impact in my life. She has played an essential role in helping me overcome childhood trauma and traumas that life brought my way as an adult. Every week I look forward to meeting with her to talk about how to create the future I want for myself. For the first time in life, I feel like I am thriving and not just surviving. She is incredibly easy to talk to, very effervescent and has a wonderful personality. I highly recommend her to anyone who is ready to move forward with their healing journey.
