About Me
Hello! My name is Beth. I have been working in behavioral health since 2008 and I have been a licensed counselor in the state of Arizona since 2013. Before getting my license I worked as a case manager, crisis counselor, behavioral health technician, and a liaison at the regional behavioral health authority (who administers community mental health in Arizona). As a counselor, I have worked mostly with addiction, trauma, anxiety, depression and ADHD. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy as well as the client centered approach when working with clients.
I understand that taking the initiative to start counseling can be an overwhelming and scary process. My hope is to create a safe, judgment free space for you to work on your goals.

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Elizabeth Grady . We don’t pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
She is amazing.
So friendly and easy to talk to. Laid back and reciprocates the same energy I give. She makes me feel safe and wanting to talk to her longer. The 45 minutes is never enough ! :)
Great people person. She made me feel comfortable and supported immediately. I've never looked forward to counseling before but I do now.
What an amazing therapist. From my first session, I felt an immediate rapport with Elizabeth. She is empathetic and knowledgeable. She blends an engaging and lively manner with solid coping skills.
I feel that I have been matched well with a therapist who has the background and experience to help me navigate and clarify the issues that I want to address. She provides valuable feedback and offers relevant and easy-to-use language that I can use with others to express myself.
She is truly a joy to work with. I feel respected and listened to. I have a traumatic childhood, and my last therapist insinuated that I was lying. Elizabeth believed me right away. She's very easy to talk to. I just got insurance since I'm finally working again, my plan was originally to go back to traditional therapy to save money, but I'm sticking with betterhelp specifically so I can keep her as my therapist.
Elizabeth is very comforting and respectful along with being knowledgeable. Only had 2 sessions so far but would recommend.
