I have experience in helping clients from many different backgrounds with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, trauma/abuse issues & mood and medical disorders. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared in an emotionally safe environment without fear of judgment. I work from a strength based perspective, meet you where you are and provide encouragement that change is possible even in the face of loss, grief or disappointment.
