Absolutely amazing. She let the Lord speak through her and is wonderful. God is so good!!

Even just a few weeks in therapy has brought my attention to ways I can shift my thinking to lead to better mental and emotional health. I look forward to my sessions and the way Dr. Hritz reframes my statements to clearly address how I feel. She has really helped me acknowledge some patterns that benefit from changing. Her comparisons to other situations and even her role is extremely helpful!

We’ve only had one formal interaction, but it was a positive experience. I feel that just being able to express my concerns in a place I feel safe will help immensely. One big thing that I appreciate is being able to write my thoughts down daily and share them or not and she responds. So incredibly helpful
